Tadka Cheese Chilly Oil Eggs!
š„ Tadka Chilly Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:

2 eggs

1ā2 tablespoons of Pass Me Summore's Tadka Chilly Oil (for the smoky, desi flavour)

2 slices of bread (preferably sourdough or multigrain)

Cheese of choiceĀ
- Chooped green chillies and curry leaves
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh coriander leaves/ Spring Onion for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Bread:

Toast the bread slices until they are golden and crispy.

Cook the Eggs:
-
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
-
Add the Tadka Chilly Oil to the pan.
- Add the chopped green chillies and curry leavesĀ toĀ the pan, and cook for a minute.

Crack the eggs into the pan.

Cook the eggs sunny-side up or to your preferred doneness.
- Add some grated cheese, and cover till it has melted. Add coriander leaves or spring onion greens as garnish.

Assemble:

Place the cooked eggs on top of the cheesy toast.

Drizzle additional Tadka Chilly Oil over the eggs for extra flavor.

Serve immediately while hot.
