Tadka Cheese Chilly Oil Eggs!

🄚 Tadka Chilly Cheese Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1–2 tablespoons of Pass Me Summore's Tadka Chilly Oil (for the smoky, desi flavour)

  • 2 slices of bread (preferably sourdough or multigrain)

  • Cheese of choiceĀ 

  • Chooped green chillies and curry leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves/ Spring Onion for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:

    • Toast the bread slices until they are golden and crispy.

  2. Cook the Eggs:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

    • Add the Tadka Chilly Oil to the pan.

    • Add the chopped green chillies and curry leavesĀ  toĀ  the pan, and cook for a minute.
    • Crack the eggs into the pan.

    • Cook the eggs sunny-side up or to your preferred doneness.

    • Add some grated cheese, and cover till it has melted. Add coriander leaves or spring onion greens as garnish.
  3. Assemble:

    • Place the cooked eggs on top of the cheesy toast.

    • Drizzle additional Tadka Chilly Oil over the eggs for extra flavor.

  4. Serve:

    • Serve immediately while hot.
