
Quick Basil Pesto Pasta!
Quick Basil Pesto Spaghetti (with Summore's Handpounded Pesto)
📝 Ingredients:

100-150g spaghetti (or any pasta of your choice)

2 tablespoons Summore’s Handpounded Basil Pesto
-
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
-
Salt to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
-
Grated parmesan or nutritional yeast (optional)

A few basil leaves or cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)
🍝 Instructions:

Boil the pasta:
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water as per the packet instructions until al dente. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water before draining. -
Mix the pesto:
In a mixing bowl or directly in the pan, add 2 tablespoons of Summore’s Handpounded Basil Pesto. -
Combine:
Add the cooked pasta and a splash of the reserved pasta water to the pesto. Toss well until the pasta is evenly coated. Add olive oil if you like it a little silkier. -
Season and Serve:
Taste and adjust salt. Add black pepper, cheese, or toppings of your choice. -
Garnish & Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh basil or cherry tomatoes, and serve hot!
